Here are systems and procedures related to client re-engagement
Client Birthday Email
Clients will receive a birthday email yearly
Some clients will engage with this by replying to our email
Clients who do not have any current appointments, but reply to this email should be contacted as a point of care
SYSTEM
Client replies to birthday email eg. "Thank you, how thoughtful"
Admin checks client profile to see when last appointment was
- If currently has booking, no need to reply
- If has had no booking for <4 weeks, send email reply (from treating practitioner) "Hope your birthday was great. I just wanted to check in to see how you are currently going? Did you currently need any help from myself?"
- If has had no booking for >4weeks, Admin to call and follow script "Hi, hope you had a great birthday yesterday! I just wanted to call and check in. Is there anything we can help you with right now?"
If client would like some help, go through regular enquiry scripting to find their pain points and solve their problem
Book in if appropriate
