Why we use Social Media
Social media is used as a marketing tool to engage our specific target audience and promote our services.
Our marketing strategy is based on 3 key pillars:
Connection: Build alignment and trust - What's important? Build trust, Match & mirror
Value: Provide Solutions - Be above the line, Know their pain/problem, Positive language}
Proof: Help them feel safe - Authenticity & understanding, Show Authority, Provide Evidence
How to use Social Media
There are 3 main methods we use on our Instagram. Picture posts, Reels and Videos posts. All have different options
What are Picture, Video posts & Reels?
Picture post: A picture post is a picture made on Canva or a photograph. Picture posts generally have the main content in the caption section (see examples below on the different picture post options).
Reels: A reel is a short view clip, typically lasting between 15-60 seconds, that allows us to create and share engaging content. They often incorporate music, effects and editing features. A Reel can be made up of multiple videos with the option to add text on the screen as well as a voiceover to explain the content in the video. Reel should be filmed in a portrait/length ways. These are ONLY made on the Instagram application.
Video post: A video post is a video posted to the an Instagram page that conveys a message or provides information though film, similar to watching videos online but within the instagram app.
Types of Posts/How we use them (our style)
Picture post: Pictures post can be:
1. a single picture with the main content/information in the caption
2. informational pictures, these have the content on the picture with little wording in the caption (these can also be "swipe" mosts with information on multiple slide)s
3. a mix of both. Information in the picture with the caption explaining in more detail. e.g having an exercise on the screen with the Name of the exercise but the desciption on how to perform the execise in the caption
Reels: Reels are videos filmed in portrait. A Reel needs to have 95% of the content in the video as the caption on reels are not as visible/easy to read. To make reels engaging, ensure music or a voiceover is added to the video. Limit the wording on the reel. e.g. short sentences not big bulks of text (use a picture or video post for this). Video example HERE on how to make a Reel. A Reel can ONLY be filmed on the Instagram application!
Video post: A video post is filmed externally to Instagram. The content can be both in the video and caption. The video needs to be filmed to fit into a square to meet instagram's posting measurements e.g. if you film yourself, to make sure you fit inside the square posting measurements of instagram, centre yourself in the video.

Expectation/Examples
The expectation for all the Team to aims for 1 piece of content a month. (client of the month post are not included)
Options for this are:
