Practitioners
Here is a general guide to our levels as a practitioner
Levels are based upon entry level as a graduate and your previous work experience, further training (that may exceed normal CPD expectations) or other potential amplifiers may justify a change in level
Levels provide a guideline for Expectations and/or additional duties you may perform as you grow as an EEP practitioner
There may be times throughout the year where you are expected to perform tasks or expectations that may be beyond your current level (eg. senior practitioner is on leave and junior practitioner may lead a meeting).
Progressing through levels is based upon consistently achieving and exceeding expectations.
Our expectation is that practitioners progress through levels on a yearly basis based upon expected growth in their role. However, depending on team member performance or at our own discretion the rate in which levels are progressed may be changed.
Clinical Excellence Indicators (CEI's)
Based upon each level, these CEIs are benchmarks for your level within Effect Exercise Physiology and sets clear performance expectations based on your experience.
Listed below are performance expectations and team member benefits per each level.
Level 1 (Graduate Level)
Expectations
Bill on average $3,000/week through appointments, classes, calls, reports, products and other billables
Maintain clinical utilisation of >60% ( ~5 hours F2F with clients daily)
Helps 6 clients per day on average
Rebooking percentage of 92% each week
Cancellations <15%
DNA’s < 3%
Benefits
$1500 graduate CPD budget
Weekly mentoring
Level 2
Level 2 (+1yr experience)
Bill on average $3,500/week through appointments, classes, calls, reports, products and other billables
Maintain clinical utilisation of >70% ( 5.5 hours F2F with clients daily)
Helps 8 clients per day on average
Rebooking percentage of 95% each week
Cancellations <12%
DNA’s < 2%

Level 3
Expectations
Bill on average $3,750/week through appointments, classes, calls, reports, products and other billables
Maintain clinical utilisation of >75% (6 hours F2F with clients daily)
Helps >8 clients per day on average

Level 4-5
Expectations
Bill on average $4,000/week through appointments, classes, calls, reports, products and other billables
Maintain clinical utilisation of >75% (6 hours F2F with clients daily)
Helps ≥9 clients per day on average
Rebooking percentage of 95% each week
Cancellations <10%
DNA’s < 2%
May have other targets or KPIs based on role
