Why do clients not rebook?
We hope that all clients achieve a successful outcome, however in reality this is not the case.
Please watch this interesting 3min video on why patients/clients do not rebook
Identifying some of the reasons a client may not rebook can help us create systems to ensure we are engaging and helping as many people as possible.
We measure no futures to ensure the systems we implement are effective!
How we measure no futures
Weekly dashboards
- This allows practitioners to view their clients without an upcoming appointment
- Practitioners should endeavour to call each client to check in (even if they have discharged or know the reason why this client has not rebooked). This shows how we truly care for our clients! #genuinelycare
- We then keep ourselves accountable in Slack with a weekly thread (see below)
Weekly Slack thread
End of week no futures
• Add in the thread who you have contacted and what was the outcome
• Add in the thread what is 1 client nurturing call/task you have added to ASANA
”
Monthly no future reports
- Admin print out a report of all no futures from the prior month
- Practitioners will look at their clients on the list and write an action on the sheet (eg. call in 2 weeks, do not call, rebooked)
- Practitioner will put any of these actions into their ASANA or timeblock in their calendar
- Admin will do the same once they receive the report back
- Admin will also put in Slack the stats for the month (see below). See video HERE for tutorial
