Safety: Light breathing material for exercise, enclosed shoes, etc.
What:
Our dress standards can be broken into the following
Practitioners:
Polo shirt and/or dress shirt with logo provided to you
Professional dress pants
Winter: Long slacks, either tan/sandy brown or black
Summer: Chino/slack shorts, either tan/sandy brown or black
Enclosed black runners/joggers or professional enclosed shoes (eg. dress shoes, dress boots, etc.)
Admin/Reception:
Professional white or dark top
Black pants, skirt or other appropriate attire
Enclosed professional shoes

Conduct:
Professional conduct inside and outside of the clinic must be kept to standard to maintain a culture of professionalism that creates trust and reassurance for new and current clients.
Professional conduct guidelines
Greeting all clients. Please see First 20sec Policy and Positive Language Policy
Providing assistance with mobilisation devices (eg. walking stick) bags, documents, assistive devices (eg. O2 machine) whenever required
No swearing out loud. There will be small exceptions when conversing with clients, however be considerate of others (AKA read the room!)
No eating in the clinic gym or consult rooms when there are clients present (please try use allocated rooms)
Keep your space tidy (no paperwork, computers, equipment hoarding on desks or spaces)
Treat you team members with respect and treat your clients like your family #WE GENUINELY CARE
