As part of the admin team, keeping our clinic clean and welcoming is an important job. Here’s what you’re responsible for:
Wipe down the front desk regularly, including the top area where customers stand or rest their arms — use sanitiser.
Sanitize the door handles and the arms of all chairs in reception.
Vacuum the gym floor near the end of each day or when no clients are present.
Keep the front area swept and mopped.
Clean and tidy the kitchen and bathroom areas out the back.
Wash up any dishes or cups left in the kitchen. While everyone tries to wash their own, admin can check and ensure the area is spotless by day’s end.
Put everything away in cupboards after cleaning.
Mop the gym floor at least twice a week.
Spot clean gym equipment and other surfaces to prevent dirt build-up.
Dust surfaces regularly to avoid dust settling on equipment and shelves.
