Goal/Outcome: To create automated messaging systems for different stages of client's journey
Steps:
Click settings>general>communication templates
Create email/sms template. Make sure to include title and description so everyone knows purpose of communication
Create an appointment/attendance report for desired purpose
Save report
Click on saved report then create campaign
campaign details should include the template, date and repetition (eg. daily, weekly)
Run a communication report to see if campaign is scheduled
