What is Physitrack?
PhysiTrack (know as PhysiApp to clients) is the application our Practitioners use to create and generate Home Exercise Programs (HEP) which they have made for clients as part of their rehabilitation. This can be accessed on their phone, laptop or computer at home.
PhysiTrack can be used for Telehealth appointments however we no long utilise this as Cliniko is more efficient however the information on how to run a PhysiTrack Telehealth is still available below.

How to download PhysiApp
Open application store > type in "PhysiApp" > download
Once downloaded type in your unique code from your email or printed on your exercise program (e.g. jdhrvtns)
Enter Year of Birth (e.g 1963)
Press Access your program
Press "agree/accept/next and continue" till you can see your exercise program
And you're good to go!

How to do a PHYSIAPP Telehealth:
1. Open Web browser (e.g. Google)
2. Search PhysiApp (you will see "PhysiApp® - Healthcare engagement at your fingertips"
3. Click "Log in" and enter your unique code from your email or printed on your exercise program (e.g. jdhrvtns)
4. Enter Year of Birth (e.g 1963)
5. Press Access your program
6. Should see your program
Wait for a call request from your Exercise Physiologist
(Make sure you are in an clear space to perform your exercises)
Press "Join Video Call" "allow to access___"
Say Hi !! you will see the friendly face of your EP
Enjoy your exercise session!!

Trouble shooting
Unable to access program or unable to log in
- Log out and log back in
- Check they are using the correct code (no spaces, all lower case) - Email new code to them or read out the code
- Enter year of birth ONLY (not full birthday) e.g. 1945 not 23/1/45
- Check we entered the correct Year of Birth into their program (If we have the wrong year on their contact, it would be incorrectly entered into PhysiTrack)
- Update app OR Delete and reinstall
Exercise Program is not updated
- Check they are using the correct code (no spaces, all lower case) - Email new code to them or read out the code
- Ask the practitioner if they have updated the program
Telehealth Issues
- refresh page
- pressed allow access to camera and microphone
- If iPhone press Red camera in top left corner make sure it does NOT have a line through it
If you have SENT A LINK to their email and you know they use the app for their exercises...
- Hold down on link and press "Open in Safari" or whichever web browser they use.
- If they DO NOT do this, the link will take them to the App... video calls do not work from the app
Trouble shooting
- email might be in junk
- microphone not working
if it doesn't work error of device, try on phone, computer, on iphone or ipad
See if the red camera has a line through it.
Video call worked but can not see the client
- Safari or Google may have denied access in the settings. To fix this go to
- Settings > Safari > scroll down to Camera > Ask or Allow (this if for camera access)

4. Enter Year of Birth (e.g 1963)
5. Press Access your program
6. You should see your program
- Wait for a call request from your Exercise Physiologist at the time of your appointment
(Make sure you are in an clear space to perform your exercises)
- Press "Join Video Call" then "Launch in web"
- "allow to access microphone and camera"
Say Hi !! you will see the friendly face of your EP

Cliniko Telehealth Email Template

Here are the instructions on how to access your Telehealth appointment:
If you have already received a confirmation email prior to this, on said email please clinic Join appointment under Location, then skip to step 4. below. If not please follow from step 1.
1. Open your emails before your appointment time (minimum 2 minute before).
2. Open email "Telehealth Link"
3. Click on the link "http://effect-exercise"
4. If the webpage says "Appointment has not yet started", please stay on the page until the time of your appointment time. Refresh the page at the time of appointment.
5. Once the webpages shows "Join the call" Click on the button.
6. Click Allow to the prompt "effect-exercsie Would Like to Access the Microphone and Camera"
7. Wait for your practitioner to join the call.
8. You will see your Exercise Physiologist on your screen
