“Your appointment is confirmed for [Date and Time]. This will go for around 60 minutes, so please allow at least that much time.”
“You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly. It includes an online form—if you have time, please complete it before your appointment. If not, just arrive a few minutes early and we can do it here.”
“Your Exercise Physiologist will most likely want to check in with you the following week. I’d like to book that in now to make sure we secure a spot—it can always be changed later if needed. It’s much easier to remove an appointment than to squeeze one in last-minute.”
“Do you know where we’re located? We’re at 242 Argyle Street, Moss Vale—on the corner of Argyle and Valetta Street, opposite the new KFC. Parking is available via Valetta Street.”

Refer to physio if the client says:
“I’ve just had a fall and I can’t walk properly”
“I’ve hurt my back this morning and I can’t stand up”
“My knee is swollen and painful after I twisted it yesterday”
“I’m having trouble walking after surgery last week”
“I think I’ve torn something / might need a scan”
⚠️ If the issue is acute, painful, swollen, or undiagnosed, or they need hands-on/manual therapy, a physio is more appropriate before EP.
If you are unsure, ask one of our Exercise Physiologists.
