Daily Payment Report
Find "Reports" in the Menu on the left side of the Cliniko Calendar. > Under "Transactions" click "Daily Payments" > Create Report (the current day should be automatically created) If the amount is correct with the HICAPS Settlement > Print
Please note: the amount for EFTPOS, CASH and HICAPS need to be the EXACT same amount on the Eftpos machines settlement receipts ... if they do not match, refer to trouble shooting below.
Trouble shooting: Sometimes the report at the end of the day will not match the amount on the printed settlement receipts. If this happens there are a few reason why this could occur.
ISSUE 1: find the difference. What amount is missing. e.g. the Cliniko report says EFTPOS took $1322, BUT the printed settlement receipt from the eftpos machine says $1400. $78 is the difference meaning $78 may not have been marked off as paid on Cliniko.
ISSUE 2: sometimes when marking a private health paying client as paid, the Eftpos amount can be marked as hicaps on Halaxy which will show an incorrect amount on the report. Find the amount difference then look on the report for which client paid those amounts. e.g. If the difference for hicaps is $23.50, look for all payments of $23.50 and check with the printed receipts which client paid $23.50 on eftpos.
You could download the client "History", which will show you a list of appointments and the practitioners they saw.
Open clients profile > up the top right of the page you will see "History" > click on this an select "Appointments" only > top right to Print (or download via print option)
