Appointment No Shows
If a client doesn't show up for their appointment and you've not been contacted by them before hand to be told they are unable to make their appointment - wait 5 mins before giving them their first call.
If they pick up say
" Hi name just seeing if you are on your way to you x time appointment today?'
Some will just be running 5 mins late - traffic etc.
Some will have completely forgotten - unfortunately this will nearly always result in a late cancellation fee because a text message reminder is sent out 2 days before to remind them.
Some will have a other reasons why they've been unable to make their appointment it's up to your judgement to decide if their late cancellation fee should be waived.
If you get no answer leave a voicemail asking for them to return your call and send the "We missed you for you appointment text" (the script is saved in notes on the phone) - when they call back discuss above.
IF a client does not show up to two appointments and hasn't been in contact leave a voicemail or text saying their appointment will be placed on hold until they can find a time that makes its possible for them to attend their appointment.
No matter what always attempt to get them rebooked!!!
