We always create positive first impressions through friendliness, positivity, warmth and professionalism in the Welcome Room.
We place importance on the little things such as up-to-date magazines, fresh flowers, comfortable room temperature, and pleasant sounds and smells to improve first impressions.
The welcome room should never appear cluttered or messy or have a dirty floor.
Promotional material may only be put on display with the express consent of the clinic director.
Outside:
The garden and front car park is to be clear of any litter or mess with plenty of space for clients to park.
Whatever plants are out the front make sure they are in good condition
Keep the front door area swept and clean
Inside:
The reception area is to be neat and tidy and uncluttered and always wiped over
Pay attention to the scent in the clinic – the oil diffuser should be refreshed daily or the reeds flipped
Ensure the plants are watered and alive ! getting rid of any dead leaves or flowers
Music is always on and playing in the back ground
Blinds are open for natural light
The floor is always clean and tidy clean when EPS have gaps in the day
Ensure products that are for sale behind reception are always stocked up
Ensure water station is always full and fresh with plenty of cups to use
In general try keep the place neat and tidy

Ensure that there is sufficient supply of all materials or equipment required to be able to provide premium services immediately at each contact.
