Click Next when done.
Add as many goals as appropriate, minimum of 1 goal is required.

Enter the date and time you anticipate to meet with your employee
Submit to the Second Level Supervisor for review and approval when done.
After clicking on the task, click on the blue Get Started icon to begin the Second Level Supervisor review.
If you agree with the Review, Approve
If you do not, Send Back to the Direct Supervisor to make changes.
Click the blue Get Started Icon to review the information within the review.
