View Academic Details

Advisors can see their advisees’ academic details including GPA, grades, courses taken, current classes, and academic history. 

1. Search for your Advisee. 

1. • • Option 1: Search for student name in top search bar. Click on student’s name in the search results.

     • Option 2: Search the My Advisees report. Find the specific advisee’s name in the list. Click on the student’s name. 

From the student’s profile, select the Academics to located on the left side of the screen in the menu.   

2. From his screen, you will see several tabs at the top of the student’s profile screen. 

      Note: You may not see all tabs. Content depends on your level of security access.

• Overview: Displays information about a student’s active Program(s) of Study. 

• Current Classes: Courses in which the student is currently enrolled.

• Plan: Displays student’s Academic Plan. Also provides option to create an Academic Plan on behalf of a student advisee.

• Academic History: Displays a student’s past Program(s) of Study, past courses, GPA, Hours Attempted, Hours Earned, Class Standing, Honors, Load Status, etc. Both cumulative and term data are displayed. 

• Transfer Credit: Displays any transfer credits the student may have earned at other institutions. 

• Competencies: Displays a student’s competencies, if applicable, which are measurable outcomes for courses. 

• Academic Progress: Displays Degree Audit/Requirements for a program of study and the student's progress towards their degree. 

• External Records: Displays external documents received for a student, such as test scores and academic transcripts, if applicable.
