View Student Pay Slips Job Aid

Do you have Student Employees asking where to find paystubs in Workday? Here are some instructions you can give to

them. These will also work for you to view your paystubs.

Here is how.

Log into Workday

1. From the Menu Tab select Pay

2. Scroll down

a. Select the Payslip you want to view or print

This is also a good time to review bank information as well. Scroll down to the bottom of the pay slip. Inform students

that WEX Bank is BankMobile. BankMobile will then deposit their pay into the account the student set up through them.
