This process applies to grade changes for courses that took place more than three semesters ago. These requests will go to the Provost for approval prior to being applied to the student's record.
STEP 1
Type "Create Request" in the Workday search bar
STEP 2
In the "Request Type" field click "All" and then select "Late Grade Change Request"
STEP 3
Click on OK
STEP 4
Type your name in the first text field
STEP 5
Type the student's name in the second field
STEP 6
Enter the student's ID number
STEP 7
Select the type of course
STEP 8
Type the course subject and number
STEP 9
Type the course title
STEP 10
Type the number of Credits
STEP 11
Enter the students previous grade
STEP 12
Enter the students new grade
STEP 13
Explain why the grade change is needed
STEP 14
Explain why the change is being submitted past the grade change deadline
STEP 15
Click on Submit
