Find Student Prospects
View a list of student prospects with active recruitments, active applications, or both.
Student Prospects for Printed Engagement Printing Run
Enables recruiters to view Student Prospect information to be used for printed engagements.
View Application Grouping
View statistics for an application period: applications received, reviewed, decisions rendered, responses received, matriculated students
Find Students by Academic Record
List of students and all of their academic records. Includes photos.
Find Student Applications
Use report to access student applications, filters can be used to differentiate Academic Level, Decision, Campus, etc.
Find Student Prospects
Use report to access student prospect data, filters can be used to differentiate Academic Level, Decision, Counselor, etc.
View Programs of Study for Student
Lists Program of Study for specified student by Academic Record.
View Student Application Requirements
Use report to review application requirements configured in Workday
Duplicate Records for Student Match and Merge
Depending on the use of UDMF or Match and Merge, these reports will allow staff to review duplicate records and merge if needed.
Find Educational Institution
View educational institutions documented in Workday.
Official Transcript Report
Lists transcript information for a specified student in a table format.
