Navigate to the Computing Services Work Order Page
Locate the correct queue you want to submit a ticket to, if you are unsure, select the top queue and select General
Click on the queue link, and the work order form will open (this is just one example of a Workday Queue)
4. Complete all the mandatory fields (all fields marked Mandatory) and your email address should pre-populate using your email address, if you are submitting the ticket on behalf of someone else, you can update the requestor field with their email address.
5. Include additional detailed information in the Describe The Issue Below box. Please be as specific as possible.
6. Select create ticket on the bottom right side of the window
7. The requestors email address will receive a confirmation email that the ticket was created and replying to email updates will be included in the ticketing thread
