Student Reports

Don’t forget that Workday has ready-to-run reports you can use to view data, accomplish tasks, and get information that is Important to you.

You can also search for "Run Custom Report" in the search bar. This will show you all reports you have some level of access to. Note that your ability to view full reports may be limited by your security permissions in Workday.

Common Student Reports

Find Courses

This standard report enables students to view public course data and attributes. The report uses the Courses report data source.

Find Course Sections

This standard report enables students to view public course section data and attributes for students and general users. The report uses the Course Sections report data source. Required prompts: Academic Period, Academic Level.
