Instructors must verify course participation for each of their courses. Even if all students are attending, you must open each section and click OK to complete the verification.
Please only select Attending or Did Not Attend. Disregard the option of No Longer Attending .
STEP 1
From your Workday home screen, click the menu icon, then select "Teaching" (or type "Teaching" in to the Workday search bar)
STEP 2
From the teaching dashboard, click Verify Participation for My Course Section
STEP 3
Click in the Published Course Section Field
STEP 4
Select the appropriate semester from the drop down menu
STEP 5
Select the radio button next to the desired course section
STEP 6
Click on OK
STEP 7
Select the appropriate attendance status for each student on your roster (Attending is the default status)
STEP 8
Once all statuses are entered, click OK
STEP 9
Click on Done
