Click the blue Get Started icon to begin the evaluation.

If this is a new Plan for a new employee, you will enter the Behavior Indicators in the Expectations box next to the Competency.

If this is a Plan for a current employee, review the Behavior Indicators and make changes as necessary.
Click Next when done.
Click the black Add icon to add new or existing goals.

Add as many goals as appropriate, minimum of 1 goal is required.
When you have reviewed the Competencies and added Goals, submit the Plan and open the To Do step to have the 1:1 with the employee.
