This process applies to courses taken within the last three semesters.
STEP 1
Type "Change Grade for Student" in your Workday search bar and then click on the task in your search results
STEP 2
In the Academic Period by Calendar field, select the appropriate semester either by using the menu options or by typing the semester (ex. Spring 2024).
STEP 3
In the Course Section field, select the desired course section. You can either use the menu options to see a list of all courses you are teaching, or type in the course subject and number in the field (ex. ANTH 360).
STEP 4
Click in the Registration field to see a list of all students enrolled. Select a student by clicking the radio button next to their name.
STEP 5
Click the OK button.
STEP 6
In the Revised Grade field, select the appropriate grade.
STEP 7
Enter a Grade Change Reason of either Calculation Error, Data Entry Error, or Other. If you choose Other, please enter a comment. If the previous grade was an IN or NR, please choose other and then enter "Incomplete Removal" in the comments field.
STEP 8
Click on OK. Your grade change has now been submitted!
