Logging in to Smartsheets
Option 1
1. Type www.smartsheet.com in your browser
2. In the top right corner, click “Log in”
3. Click “Sign in with Google”
4. Enter Adams State email address and password
Option 2
1. Open MS Teams
2. Navigate to ASU Student Workday Team > Student (Click Student)
3. At the top of the window, click “Smartsheet”
4. Click “Sign in with Google”
5. Enter Adams State email address and password
To Navigate to Your Functional Area
1. Click “Browse” (the third icon down on the left that looks like a folder)
2. Click “Adams State University SOW #349966 Student”
3. Click “Troika Student - Adams”
4. Click “Workstreams”
5. Click “Functionals”
6. Click your respective area (Financial Aid, Student Finance, Admissions, etc.)
7. You should see your specific dashboard and meeting tracker documents
To tag someone in the meeting tracker
● If you need to tag someone directly in the meeting tracker in a comment or
message to bring it to their attention, first type @ and then select the name of the
person you would like to notify. Once your comment is complete, Smartsheet will
send them an email to let them know that someone is communicating with them.
To add a comment
1. Click the “Comment” icon in the first column for the line you would like to add a
comment
2. The conversation window will pop up on the right hand side.
3. Write your comment and push Enter

To find a comment
1. On the right hand side, click “Conversations” icon (the first icon)
2. Click “All” and scroll down
3. You may also go to the line with the appropriate meeting date and choose from
the icons before the meeting number
To add an attachment
1. Click the “Attachment” icon in the first column for the line you would like to add
an attachment
2. The attachments window will pop up on the right hand side
3. Click “Attach Files to Row ___”
4. Click “Upload a File”
5. In the pop up window, navigate to the file you would like to upload
6. Click “Open”
To find an attachment

2. Click “All” and scroll down
3. You may also go to the line with the appropriate meeting date and choose from
the icons before the meeting number
