Group Meals Updates

We've made a minor change to the Group Meals Expense Item. There is now a required field for the Number of Persons.

**Don't forget to follow the Instructional Text to calculate the maximum allowance for your group to insure you are within per diem. 

The Quantity is the number of travelers expected. The Quantity and the Number of Persons must match.
