From your Workday Homepage, click the "Person" icon on the top right of your screen to navigate to your Workday Profile.

Click View Profile directly under your name.

On the left side in the blue column, click the Actions icon located under your name and work title.

Scroll down to Job Change and then click Resignation

A new screen will appear Submit Resignation. In the first field, Proposed Termination Date, enter your resignation date

In the "Primary Reason" field and select the reason for your resignation.

In the Enter you comment field, enter any comments you may have

In the Attachments section, upload your resignation letter.

Two new fields will appear, click the Category field to select the type of document you uploaded.

Click Resignation or type "Resignation"

After the information is entered, click the blue Submit icon to submit to your supervisor for review.

After it has been submitted, you will recieve a pop up, Success! Event submitted. You can click on the blue hyperlink, View Details, to view the details of the process.
