Type students name into search bar
STEP 2
Click on student's record in your search results
STEP 3
Click on Academics from the blue navigation panel
STEP 4
Click on Academic Progress
STEP 5
Scroll to the appropriate academic requirement. You may need to use a combination of the main scroll bar and the section scroll bar.
STEP 6
Click on the related actions button next to the academic requirement
STEP 7
Hover over Academic Requirement and then click on Create Override
STEP 8
Click in the Override Type field
STEP 9
Select the desired override type. In this example we will choose Adjust Hours
STEP 10
Click on OK
STEP 11
For this exception type you will need to enter in the new value for required hours.
STEP 12
Enter you comment followed by your initials
STEP 13
Click on Submit
Results:
Your request will be sent to the appropriate department chair or Academic Affairs for approval. If they approve, the override will be added to the students Academic Progress Report (APR).
