View Student Notes

Advisors can see their advisees’ Notes on their Academic Records.. 

Considerations

Students cannot create their own Notes. Certain Notes are restricted by security access.

Follow these steps to view student notes in Workday: 

1. From the student’s profile, select History on the left-hand side of the screen.

2. The table will show all the notes on the student’s record that you have the security/

3. To view the full note contents on a new page, click the Magnifying Glass in the Notes column.

Use the browser’s Back button to return to the table.
