Common Web Browser Error Messages
Google Chrome is Workday's Browser of Choice and Should be used to Troubleshoot account access issues
400 Error
Have them try using an incognito Chrome browser
403 Error
Make sure they are logged into their Adams State email account and not their personal email account
Make sure they have 2-step verification turned on
Make sure they are using the correct Workday tenant, navigate them through the website to the One Stop page to be sure
Have them try using an incognito Chrome browser
Help them to create a sperate Adams State Chrome Profile to use to login to Workday
404 Error
Have them try using an incognito Chrome browser
Workday Specific Error Messages
Workday Invalid username or password error
Make sure user is using the User Login, Adams State Google SSO and not the Implementers, Native Login (UN/PW)
Contact your supervisor as their account may be disabled or their email is not updated in their username field in Workday
If the Student can access all other accounts (Gmail, Scholarship Universe, Accounts Management) and not Workday: Student Account maybe archived in Midpoint. Student would appear in INT004 and not in INT005a (since they are archived, Midpoint is not returning their email to Workday.
Ask Randall if they are on the list of archived students in Midpoint and unarchive
Additional Information:
INT005 (sets Employee emails): Runs at 8,11,2, and 5
INT005a (sets Student emails): Runs at 6,9,12,3, and 6- It takes about 1.5 hours from the time the INT005a run until Workday account is updated.
When students click on the link, in the email sent to their personal email to reset their password, the link is giving an error.
Clear the browser cache, or try to open the link using incognito mode
Have the students copy and paste the code instead of clicking on the link in the email

Troubleshooting Workday Functionality Issues
Workday is running slow, keeps kicking user out, or give a site is unavailable error. This may be caused by having too many different tenants open at the same time

Registration Issues
Please advise students to reach out to their advisor/ program chair of study or the registrar's office. We do not have the ability to look into registration issues.
