This process should be used when you notice issues within a students academic progress report. Many issues can be solved by simply "refreshing" the report as detailed below. Common issues this can resolve: completed courses showing as in-progress, transfer courses and test scores not applying as expected, general education courses not applying as expected.
STEP 1
Begin by searching for and selecting the appropriate student
STEP 2
Click on Academics
STEP 3
Click on Academic Progress
STEP 4
Click the Actions button from the blue navigation pane
STEP 5
Hover over Advising, then click on Launch Academic Progress Evaluation
STEP 6
Because this student has both a bachelors and associate degree included in their APR, click on Evaluate All Programs of Study
STEP 7
Click on Confrm
STEP 8
Click on OK
You will now be taken back to the students updated audit. If the issue you were seeing is still not resolved, contact the Registrar's Office for further troubleshooting.
