Leave Balance

Pay

Tax Elections

Pay Group

Payslips
Provides access to the employee’s payslips, showing detailed breakdowns of earnings, deductions, taxes, and net pay for each pay period. Employees can view or download payslips from this tab.
Costing Allocations
Tracks how the employee’s pay is allocated across various departments, projects, or funding sources. This is especially useful for employees whose work is split across different cost centers.
Voluntary Deductions
Lists any optional deductions the employee has opted into, such as retirement contributions, charitable donations, or other benefit-related deductions like commuter benefits.

Shows employee identification numbers, such as social security numbers, employee IDs, or national identification numbers, used for payroll, tax, and verification purposes. This information is typically secure and requires special permissions to update.
Documents
Houses important personal documents, such as scanned copies of IDs, work permits, visas, or any other documents required for employment. Employees or HR can upload and manage these files as needed for compliance or record-keeping.

Individual Goals
Displays the employee’s active personal and professional goals, set by the employee or manager. Goals can be tracked, updated, and completed, providing a way to monitor progress over time.
Archived Goals
Contains past goals that have been completed or archived. This section serves as a historical record of the employee’s previous objectives and achievements.
Competencies
Lists the employee’s key competencies, such as skills, knowledge areas, and behavioral attributes, which are evaluated during performance reviews. This tab helps track growth in specific areas relevant to the employee’s role.
Development Items
Outlines action plans or areas for improvement aimed at the employee’s growth and development. These items are typically linked to performance feedback and are meant to support ongoing professional development.
Performance Reviews
Shows the employee’s completed performance evaluations, including ratings, manager feedback, and overall performance summaries. Employees can review past reviews and track their progress through this tab. Performance plannings, Mid-Years, and Final Reviews will be viewable here.
Career
Development Items
Tracks any action plans or goals aimed at enhancing the employee’s skills and performance. These items are usually created in response to performance reviews or as part of a development plan to help the employee grow within the company.
Interests
Allows the employee to indicate career interests, such as roles, departments, or projects they wish to pursue. This helps managers and HR align development opportunities with the employee’s aspirations.
Skills
Displays a list of the employee’s skills, which can be self-assessed or endorsed by others. This tab also allows employees to update and add new skills, providing a comprehensive view of their capabilities.
Succession Profile
Displays the employee's readiness for future leadership roles, key competencies, career interests, and any inclusion in succession plans. It also outlines development plans aimed at preparing the employee for future positions.
My Job Applications
Tracks the employee’s internal job applications within the company. It shows the status of each application and provides details on roles applied for, helping employees stay updated on their career moves.
Talent Pools for Worker
Indicates if the employee is part of any internal talent pools that match them with future job opportunities or leadership roles based on their skills and potential.
Internal Projects
Displays any internal projects the employee is involved in or has completed. It allows employees to showcase their contributions to cross-departmental initiatives or special assignments.
Education
Lists the employee’s educational background, including degrees, certifications, and institutions attended. This section provides a detailed overview of academic qualifications relevant to their career development.

Contains personalized statements provided by the employee that describe their strengths, career goals, and contributions. This offers a qualitative view of the employee’s talents and ambitions.
Talent Cards
Provides a summary of the employee’s skills, competencies, experience, and potential for future roles. This card is used by HR and managers to quickly assess the employee’s qualifications for new opportunities or promotions.

Feedback Received
Displays all feedback the employee has received from colleagues, managers, or direct reports. It includes both formal and informal feedback, helping employees gain insight into their performance and areas for improvement.
View Feedback Received
Provides a detailed view of individual feedback entries the employee has received. This allows employees to review specific comments, ratings, and suggestions from others, offering more granular insight into performance.
Feedback Requested
shows feedback requests made by the employee, either for themselves or for others. It tracks the status of the requests and allows employees to follow up on pending feedback.
Feedback Given

Appointment History
Displays a record of past academic appointments, including previous roles, departments, and appointment periods. This tab provides a historical view of the employee’s academic career progression within the organization.
Period Work Status
Tracks the employee’s work status during different periods, such as full-time or part time, along with any sabbaticals or other academic leaves. It helps to monitor fluctuations in their appointment status over time.

Displays information about company-issued credit cards, including card type, issue date, credit limits, and current status.
