Classified Performance Plan

Click the task "Set Content: - Classified Review - Plan 24/25: XXX, XXX"

Click "Get Started" The task will provide information on what the Performance Plan is and how to conduct one.

Once you get started, you will be guided to the Set Review Content. During this step, you will set the weights for the Competencies.

• The percentage weights should equal 100%. The weights are determined by the importance of that competency specific to the position.

Click "Add" to add goals - you do not need to add goals at this step and can wait until your 1:1 meeting with your employee.
