Click the blue Get Started icon to begin the evaluation.

If this is a new Plan for a new employee, you will enter the Behavior Indicators in the Expectations box next to the Competency.

If this is a Plan for a current employee, review the Behavior Indicators and make changes as necessary.
Click Next when done.
Click the black Add icon to add new or existing goals.

Add as many goals as appropriate, minimum of 1 goal is required.
When you have reviewed the Competencies and added Goals, submit the Plan to the Second Level Supervisor.

The Second Level Supervisor will receive a task in their Workday Inbox.

After clicking on the task, click on the blue Get Started icon to begin the Second Level Supervisor review.

On the left side, click Review and Submit to view the full evaluation.

If you agree with the Review, Approve
If you do not, Send Back to the Direct Supervisor to make changes.
Once approved by the Second Level Superivsor, you will receive a task to Conduct Supervisor/Employee Meeting
