Download ASU Activity Assignments for Academic Periods

1 Navigate to Workday Login Page

2 Click the "Search" field and type "ASU All active period Activity Assignments for contracts"

3 Select the report.

4 Click here to access the "Academic Period" categories or you can search for the academic year or semester.

5 Click the checkbox for the academic periods you need

6 Click the checkbox to to corresponding periods

7 Click the "Activity Type" field and type "Overload"

8 You can select more than one Activity if needed. For example Adjunct or Summer Faculty.

9 Click "OK"

10 Click this icon to download the report

11 Click "Download"
