During this step, evaluate your employee according to the expectations established in the Plan. After you complete this step, you will submit to your supervisor for review and approval.
Once approved, you will meet with your employee to discuss the information and ratings in the review.

You will see the Calculated Rating for the Competency section of the review. This will also provide the definition for the score.

If the employee receives a score of Unacceptable/Needs Improvement or Exceptional, you must provide a justification for the score.
Review the documents your employee uploaded (if any)
Add additional documents if needed
This will provide all definitions for the ratings
It will average the ratings from the Competency and Goal sections.
Review the information in the evaluation.
Do not make any changes to the information. If you do not agree, send the evaluation back to the Direct Supervisor to make changes.
This will provide you a consolidated review rather than going through each individual step.
If you approve of the evaluation, click the blue Approve icon
If you do not, send the evaluation back to the Direct Supervisor for corrections.
Before submitting this step, you must meet with your employee to review the information and ratings in the Final Evaluation.
Do not submit this step until you have met with your employee!
You should have met with your supervisor to discuss your Final Evaluation
If you dispute, you must include a reason within the comment box and schedule a time to meet with your supervisor. If agreement cannot be met, schedule a time to meet with the Second Level Supervisor.
Click Submit when done.
This is just a review step. Review your employee's Acknowledgement - if they agree, the Evaluation is complete. If they disagree, please reach out to HR at 719-587-7990 or HR@adams.edu
