The Team Absence Calendar can be used to view your team's absences in one calendar view. This calendar view will allow you to view, edit and cancel absences. You cannot approve absence requests from this application.Â
Search Team Absence Calendar in your search bar
A new screen will appear to select the Organizations to view
If you have multiple levels of supervision, you will be able to see everyone within your organization
You can view the calendar in:
Days
Four Days
Week
Month
You are able to view and edit absences by clicking on the block for the employee
You can edit approved absences
You cannot approve a pending absence
