Review Time
To review and approve your team’s time, log in to Workday and complete the following steps:
1. Search for and select Review Time using the search bar.
2. Enter a Date.
3. Select Review my direct reports only.
Note: If not selecting Review my direct reports only, select Workers.
4. Select how to filter Workers shown.
5. Select the Period Schedule.
6. Click OK.
From the Review Time page, the selected workers are included in the Time Period Summary table.
7. Click Select All to approve all worker’s time.
8. Click Select Row to batch approve eligible worker’s time.
9. Click Approve.
10.If workers have unsubmitted time, entries missing, or other items to review, click the Worker Name to view individual timesheet details.
Additional time and absence tasks can be initiated from a worker’s Time Entries page. To perform individual tasks:
A. Click View Absence Balances.
B. View the pay period time entry details including time types, premium hours, and meal breaks.
C. Click Enter Time for Worker to enter, edit and/or delete time entries as applicable.
11.After any changes or edits, return to the Review Time page, select workers to be approved, and click Approve.
