1. To add your office number to your Workday profile, first scroll down on your main home page in
Workday to see a Timely Suggestions window.
2. There should be a “Keep Your Work Contact Information Updated” card where you will click
Update Contact Info.
3. Then under Phone click Add.
4. Add your phone number. You will need to add a phone type as Landline and set your visibility
to Public, then click Submit to save your changes.
After adding a contact number, the “Keep Your Work Contact Information Updated” card will
disappear, but will reappear every six months.
Editing your Phone Number
1. To edit your office number to your Workday profile, first click on your profile icon in the top
right and then View Profile.
2. On the left sidebar click Contact and this will bring you to a page with your home and work
contact information.
3. Near the top of the page click Edit, and select Change My Work Contact Information
4. Then under Phone click the Edit icon
5. Change your phone number, then click Submit to save your changes.
