An Interim Evaluation cannot be started until you have established a plan with your employee.
Human Resources will initiate the Performance Evaluation. Supervisors will receive a task in their Workday Inbox for Supervisor Evaluation: XXXX

Click on the Get Started icon to begin the Interim Evaluation.
You will only have two options:

Meets Expectations
Does Not Meet Expectations
Provide additional feedback regarding the employee's performance according to the plan you established.
Under Manager Summary, change the rating to Meets Expectations or Does Not Meet Expectations.

When done, submit for Second Level Supervisor review.
The Second Level Supervisor will receive a task in their Workday Inbox.

After clicking on the task, click on the blue Get Started icon to begin the Second Level Supervisor review.
On the left side, click Review and Submit to view the full evaluation.

If you agree with the Review, Approve
If you do not, Send Back to the Direct Supervisor to make changes.
Once approved by the Second Level Supervisor, you will receive a task to Conduct Supervisor/Employee Meeting

Do not submit this step until you have met with your employee to discuss the review.
After the Employee/Supervisor 1:1, the employee will receive a task to Acknowledge their review

Click the blue Get Started Icon to review the information within the review.

Acknowledge Review and Agree
Acknowledge Review and Disagree
Acknowledge Review and Dispute (For Classified only)
You may provide additional comments regarding your evaluation.
Submit to your Direct Supervisor for review and their Acknowledgement
Once the employee Acknowledges the review, the Supervisor will receive the evaluation for their Acknowledgement and to review any comments the employee provided.
