Click the blue Get Started icon in your Workday Inbox to begin the Final Evaluation.
The supervisor will evaluate the employee according to the expectations established in the Plan.

If you wish to provide feedback, you may do so in the Comment Box at the bottom of this section.

Review the information and submit to the Second Level Supervisor for review and approval.

The Second Level Supervisor will receive a task in their Workday Inbox.

After clicking on the task, click on the blue Get Started icon to begin the Second Level Supervisor review.
On the left side, click Review and Submit to view the full evaluation.

If you agree with the Review, Approve
If you do not, Send Back to the Direct Supervisor to make changes.
Once approved by the Second Level Supervisor, you will receive a task to Conduct Supervisor/Employee Meeting

You may provide additional comments regarding your evaluation.
Once the employee Acknowledges the review, the Supervisor will receive the evaluation for their Acknowledgement and to review any comments the employee provided.
