Accessing Job Requisition Details and Candidates
8 Under the Candidate Pipeline, you can view the job requisitions for which you are a part of the search committee. To see the candidates and detailed information about a specific job posting, simply select the desired job requisition from the list.
9 Overview - This section provides a high-level summary of the job requisition, offering a quick glance at key details and metrics.
10 Candidates - This section contains all the information related to candidates who have applied for the job requisition, helping to manage and track their progress through the hiring process.
11 The Candidates tab is designed to provide a comprehensive view of all applicants who have applied for a specific job requisition. It helps recruiters manage and track candidates' progress throughout the hiring process.
12 The Compare Candidates for Job Requisition tab allows recruiters and hiring managers to directly compare candidates side-by-side for a specific job requisition. This feature is particularly useful when narrowing down a shortlist or making final hiring decisions.
13 Details - This section provides in-depth details about the job requisition itself, including the role's responsibilities, requirements, and hiring guidelines.
14 Organizations - This section outlines the organizational context of the job requisition, showing how the role fits within the larger structure of the company.
15 Qualifications - This section specifies the required and preferred qualifications for the job requisition, helping ensure that candidates meet the necessary criteria for the role.
16 Job Postings - This section manages where and how the job requisition is advertised, providing visibility into job postings and their performance across different platforms.
