9.1 : Per student

• 1 X  Buret solution (Copper solution)

• 1 X 1% albumen in 150ml Beaker (50cc each) 1g to 100ml

• Sodium Hydroxide solution

• 1 X Distilled water and empty 150ml beakers

• 2 X test tubes in Rack

• 2 X 5cc syringes

• 2 X Teat pipette

9.2 : per Student

• Ethanol

• Distilled water

• 12 X Test tubes

• 2 X 5cc syringes

• 8 X Teat pipettes

• Water in 150ml beaker

• Vegetable oil 150ml beaker

• 0.5mol of sucrose solution 150ml beaker (to make 100cc of 0.5m add 17.12g of sucrose up to 100cc distilled water)

• Protein suspension as : cheese, pasta soften by pre-soaking, bread, apple (In small petri-dishes)

• 1 X glass rod

• paper towel

• Black paper

• Tweezers
