Investigation the effect of temperature on amylase  :                             HazCard : 

•  1% starch solution (50ml)

•  1% or 2% amylase solution (50ml)

•   iodine in potassium iodide solution ( Dropping Bottled)

•  Thermometer (in Class)

•  5 cm3 and 10 cm3 syringes

•  10 cm3 measuring cylinders

•  50 cm3 beakers (150cc)

•  Test tubes (In Class)

•  Dropping pipettes

•  pH test strips

•  Marker pen

•  Spotting tile

• Stopwatch/timer

•  Water baths at 40°C, 60°C and 80°C

•  Crushed ice

•  Tap Water/Distilled water
