• Ethanol 70% (In pipette bottle to minimize the risk of catching fire- left Small beaker in ethanol need to be pour from bottle)

• Virkon 1% In Beakers

• Bunsen burner Heat proof mat

• Antibacterial spray

• Antibacterial waste pot (Large plastic beaker)

• Bactericidal hand-wash

• Paper towels

• Forceps/Tweezers

• Sterile nutrient agar plate 

• 5 ml culture of Bacillus subtilis

• Tray

• 100 µl pipette and sterile tips (Glass pipette dip in Ethanol)

• Glass spreader (Spreader no-glass)

• Marker pen

• 3 different antibiotic discs, A penicillin, B Streptomycin and C Virkon

• Sterile filter paper disc soaked in sterile distilled water (D)

• Tape

• Distilled water bottle

• Graph or squared paper
