CLEAPSS Transition activity: Learning practical work skills through electromagnetism

Equipment required:

• Blue power pack set to a maximum of 3V

• 1 x red lead & 1 x black lead

• 2 x croc clips

• Soft iron rod (5B5)

• Insulated copper wire (5B5) enough to make at least 60 coils

• Plastic tub containing large paperclips (5B5)
