• Chromatography solvent (1 part propanone, 1 part ethoxyethane, 2 part petroleum ether 80 oc)

• Small filter paper

• Test tube  (Pigment) use small beaker instead 

• Micropipette and disposable tip

• Chromatography tank (Chromatography kit) in fume unit, containing chromatography solvent to a depth of 0.5 cm
