Yeast foam gas collection :

• Spatula

• Dried yest

• 2 X measuring cylinder 50 cc (From 2 class set) and or

     Conical flask

• stop clock

• balloons to collect the gas from the conical flask or stopper

• sugar - Sucrose-

• water bath @ 40°C (with beaker to pour the water in measuring cylinder)

• dirty tray

• Glass rod

• Distilled water
