The effect of substrate concentration on the rate of an enzyme controlled reaction:

• 20 vol. hydrogen peroxide

• Distilled water

• 50cm3 measuring cylinder

• 5 X 250cm3 beakers

• Eye protection

• Marker pen

• Trough to hold water

• 250cm3 conical flask

• Delivery tube and bung to fit conical flask

• Cork borer (Need if they cut the potato themselves)

• Knife (Need if they cut the potato themselves)

• White tile (Need if they cut the potato themselves)

• Ruler (Need if they cut the potato themselves)

• Potato (In cm chips or not ?) 5 Chips each
