2.2 The Semi Quantitative Benedict's test:                HazCard :

• 9 X Test tubes and test tubes Holder

• Test tube rack

• Water Bath at 85 Oc

• Glass beakers, 500cc and 50 cc

• Pipettes or syringe 1cc and 10cc

• Benedict solution (100cc)

• Distilled water (100cc)

• 10 % Glucose solution (50 cc)

• Unknown Concentration of glucose  (0.05%)

(0.05g of glucose to 100ml)

                    0.25g of Glucose to 500ml = 0.05% solution
