• 50 cc of 0.6% Urease solution

• 100 cc of 2% Urea solution

• 20 cc syringe with short length of rubber tubing

• Clamp retort stand bosses ...

• small piece of muslin

• tea strainer

• 150 cc beakers

• 80 cc of 3% sodium alginate solution

• 100 cc of 3 % calcium chloride solution

• timer

• 2 X 5 and 10 cc syringe

• pH meter prob (check pH meter, battery, set up, etc... )

• glass rod

• teat pipettes

• Spatula's for removing beads
