Metis Go Live Further Advice To Members

PCS have been updated with the go live dates for the new Metis system. Below is some useful information for members.

Further to our last communication on this subject, PCS have been made aware that a deadline has changed from the advice we issued previously. Members should note that:

• The deadline for Service Requests to Shared Service Centre (SSC) has been brought forward to 23:59 on Friday 21 August.
• The facility for submitting Service Requests in Adelphi after this time will be removed. Members are therefore asked to ensure all HR data and requests are completed by 23:59 on Friday 21 August.
• If members miss the 21 August deadline for submission you will need to submit your Service Request when Metis HR goes live at the end of September.

Should you experience issues with the system, please engage your local branch and we will try and support them to resolve the issue.
