The AGM
Your branch annual general meeting (AGM) is where, each year, you get an a opportunity to elect your branch executive committee who volunteer to represent you for the next 12 months.
The meeting also allows you to:
- find out more about the work of the branch over the last 12 months
- agree the branch accounts
- make nominations for union positions at Home Office Group and National level
- discuss "motions" and contribute to setting the direction of the union
- hear the latest from guest speakers
